Asking for repetition I clarification on the phone
• I'm sorry, I didn 't quite catch I get that. Could you repeat it?
• I'm afraid that was a little [bit] too fast. Would you mind repeating it more slowly
for me?
• I didn't understand the last word of the address. Could you give it to me again ?
• Is that Mr Smith or Mrs?
