               Secretary: Ray and White Corporation, this is John. How can I help you?
               Caller: Hello. Can I speak to Mr. Smith?

               Secretary: I’m afraid he is in a meeting. Would you like to leave a message?
               Caller:  Yes. This is William Bloom from Ace Hardware. I would like to arrange an appointment to see him.
               Secretary: He is available tomorrow morning.

               Caller: I could make it at 9.00. Is it fine?
               Secretary: I’m sorry, he’s busy at that time. Would 10.00 be OK?
