Asking and Telling about Strengths and Skills
To Whom It May Concern
It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation letter for Erica Grudi. I have been Erica’s
immediate supervisor for the last five years.
Erica has been absolute joy to work with. She is very pleasant and courteous to our customers. Erica
demonstrate the character and qualities that you look for in an employee. She is very punctual and
always finishes her tasks without constant supervision. She has shown exellence in her product
knowledge and customer service skills.
Erica has become part of a family at Yorktown Pools and she will be greatly missed when she follows her
aspirations.
Sincerely
Randy King
Retail Manager
