Nurse Raihan : “Alright, Sir. To help you manage the pain and anxiety, I would like to share about a
relaxation method beside your medication. It is called as progressive muscle
relaxation. Would you like to know, Sir? “
Mr. Hanafi : “Sure, Nurse. I would like to know more so I can cope with my condition better. “
Nurse Raihan : (5) ... . With this method, you will tense your muscles for a few seconds and then relax
them. It is helpful to release the physical tension. “
