A Ns. Rina : ”Thank you for confirming, Mr. Haris. Today, I’ll be giving you
sertraline. It is an antidepressant to help manage your
symptoms of severe depression. Does that sound correct?
Mr.Haris : ”Yes, that’s the one I’m taking for depression.”

B Ns. Rina : ”Perfect. This will be given at 10 a.m., according to your
schedule. Now, before I continue, do you have any known
allergies to medications, or have you had any reactions to
                                   sertraline in the past?”
Mr.Haris : ”No known allergies, and I haven’t had any issues with
                                   sertraline so far.”
C Ns. Rina : ”That’s good to know. Just a reminder, you may experience
some mild side effects, such as nausea, drowsiness, or dry
mouth. Occasionally, people may feel dizzy, especially when
first starting the medication. Let me know if you notice any of
                                   these.”
Mr.Haris : ”Alright, I’ll keep that in mind. I’ve felt a bit drowsy before,
                                   but nothing too bad.”
D Ns. Rina : ”Noted, Sir. It is the regular medicine you are taking, right.
You will be receiving 50 mg of sertraline this morning, as
prescribed. Does that dosage look familiar to you?”
Mr.Haris : ”Yes, I’ve been taking 50 mg every morning.”
E Ns. Rina : ”Assalammu’alaikum, good morning, Mr. Haris. I’m Nurse

                                   okay for you?”

G Ns. Rina : ”That’s good to hear. I’ll proceed and give you the medication
now. All done! I will check in on you in about an hour. If you
experience any side effects such as nausea and dizziness or

Mr.Haris : ”Thank you, Nurse Rina. I appreciate the care.”
