or Ukrainian 107 . Others migrate from conflict areas such as Syria, Libya and
Afghanistan.
In a world where there are many corporations and billionaires with resources
that dwarf those of undeveloped / 'Low-Income countries', there is a heightened
perception of a threat from 'vested interests'.

unprecedented steps in terms of state security.
