                  'Guns for hire' come to Africa from many countries. Some are South African, Russian,

                  or Ukrainian  107 . Others migrate from conflict areas such as Syria, Libya and

                  Afghanistan.
                        In a world where there are many corporations and billionaires with resources

                  that dwarf those of undeveloped / 'Low-Income countries', there is a heightened

                  perception of a threat from 'vested interests'.

            The predatory m'zuŋ u stalks all over Africa. And today's African leaders are unwilling to
            sit and wait for threats to emerge.
                  Anyone who has the read the various preceding chapters related to the various

            stages of m'zuŋ u colonisation, post-colonisation chaos and continuing neo-colonisation
            cannot reasonably be surprised if current African leaders feel they have to take
            unprecedented steps in terms of state security.
