To establish a mission and vision of the organization to assist the organization in staying
focused on how it helps others, in making business decisions, and in goal setting.

MISSION STATEMENT

Hopess gives those struggling with addiction and mental health concerns hope to live a
better life. Hopess teaches people a new way to live, a new way to thrive, and a new way
to hope! Our hope is that everyone who passes through our home will find a better way to
live. They will learn to accept themselves and learn how to thrive in society once again.
Our hope is that everyone we treat finds a power greater than themselves that helps them
on their journey to success.

VISION STATEMENT

Hopess creates a supportive atmosphere for those struggling with life challenges. We work with
the person in treatment, their family and supports. We build upon a person’s strengths, even
when the person feels they do not have any. We help those who have lost hope when they feel
they cannot change. We strive to inspire the uninspired!
