INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
1 tbsp. extra-virgin 1. Heat the oil in a large Dutch oven over
olive oil medium-high heat. Add the onion, garlic, thyme,
1 cup chopped onion fennel and coriander and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir
2 garlic cloves, in the orange peel and saffron, then add the water,
crushed clam juice and tomatoes.
