                Serves: 4   Baking  with almost flour gives fish a nice crisp texture
        DINNER                without using much oil.  An added plus: almond flour is
                            gluten-free, and a light coating of mustard  will help it
                              adhere to the trout fillets.
                               All you need is a splash of white wine to add a hit of
