Serves: 5   Here’s a short version of Spain’s favorite romesco sauce.
                            It has so many smoky flavors!


               Gnocchi with Spinach


               and Pepper Sauce
        DINNER



               INGREDIENTS            INSTRUCTIONS
        THE MEDITERRANEAN REFRESH  5 oz. baby spinach  directions, but do not salt the cooking water.
               16 oz. whole-wheat
                                      1.  Cook the gnocchi according to the package
