INGREDIENTS            INSTRUCTIONS

               3 oz. mild Italian     1.  Preheat the oven to 450°F.

               sausage                2.  Heat a small nonstick skillet over medium-high

               pepper                 and red pepper. Bake until the crusts are crisped

               2 tbsp. fresh basil    on the edges and the cheese is melted, 7 to
               leaves                 8 minutes. Remove from the oven, and sprinkle
                                      evenly with the basil. Cut each pizza into 4 slices
                                      and serve immediately.
