Caramelized Pear with
Gorgonzola
INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
2 tbsp. olive oil Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
1 ripe pear, cored Add the pear and cook until lightly browned,
and sliced
DESSERT ¼ cup gorgonzola gently stir and continue cooking until the cheese
about 5–7 minutes. Add the gorgonzola cheese,
