INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
PORRIDGE: 1. Combine all the porridge ingredients in a large BREAKFAST
1½ cups millet, saucepan and bring to a boil over low-medium
uncooked heat.
½ cup diced apple 2. Cover and reduce the heat, then allow to
½ cup diced simmer until the liquid is absorbed, and the
butternut squash millet, squash and apple are tender, approximately
3 cups milk of choice 25 minutes.
2 cups water 3. To serve, divide the porridge among serving THE MEDITERRANEAN REFRESH
½ tsp. ground bowls. Drizzle with a little honey, a sprinkle of
cinnamon walnuts and raisins and a pinch of ground
cinnamon. Feel free to also add a dash of milk if
¼ tsp. sea salt
you wish.
