BREAKFAST  Serves: 6  This is no ordinary fruit salad. The addition of Italian ricotta
                            balances the flavors perfectly. The walnuts also add a little
                            texture, while the cranberries give a subtle but divine tang.
                            This impressive breakfast dish is surprisingly simple to
                            make and can be tossed together in no more than
                            10 minutes (with time to spare). If you need to eat on the

                            make it the perfect portable breakfast.

               INGREDIENTS            INSTRUCTIONS

               2 large apples, cored   1.  In a salad bowl, toss together the apples, pears,
               and thinly sliced      spinach, dried cranberries and walnuts.
