INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
1½ cups self-rising 1. Preheat the oven to 450°F. Lightly grease BREAKFAST

from the center, spread it to the edges of the pan.

8. Carefully crack the eggs on top of the pizza,
toward the center so they do not run off the edge.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a good crack
of salt and pepper.
9. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or
until the toppings are thoroughly heated, the eggs
are cooked to your liking and the crust is a deep
golden brown.
10. Slice and serve immediately.
