AUDIT PROCESS

               The following document details the audit process for each Technical level.

               The audits have been outlined within this document and consist of a panel of peers. The panel size may
               vary depending on the audit level being performed. The task variation will help eliminate fraud and
               better confirm technician understanding. The scoring process is based on a scale between 1 and 3
               overall average of 2.5 required for advancement to the next tech level.

               The technician levels are defined as the following:

                   ·   Trainee (Apprentice)

               A trainee is defined as someone new to the business with little or no experience. An apprentice would
               be designated as Trainee and not able to perform any task without supervision.

                   ·   Technician (Tech) C

               Tech C is defined as a person who has some experience. This person can perform essential services such
               as (2/10K services, emissions tuning, basic engine troubleshooting, and data sheets) without
               supervision. At the same time, this person is not able to perform internal engine work without
               supervision. They should be able to communicate daily activities to customers and management in a
               professional manner.

                   ·   Technician (Tech) B

               Tech B is defined as a person with extensive generator experience, can perform all mechanical tasks, to
               include a high level of engine troubleshooting, primary control systems fault finding and generator
               functionality. This person should be able to lead jobs and report daily activities to both customers and
               management in a professional manner.

                   ·   Technician (Tech) A

               Tech A is defined as a person with the highest level of mechanical and electrical skills. This person can
               perform all tasks outlined above as well as a high level of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
               Along with having a high level of electromechanical skills, they should have equal knowledge of
               associated BOP systems to include the ability to perform failure analysis on equipment. This is also
               someone who can communicate with both customers and management professionally.

                   ·   Commissioning Engineer

               Commissioning Engineer is a person who has mastered all areas outlined above, can manage all aspects
               of a project, and considered the subject matter expert. This person can adapt to any situation as
               required and provide detailed feedback to all stakeholders: customers, management, and engineering.
               They should also be forward-thinking, and detail orientated with an ability to create new processes and
               procedures.
