SERVICE MANAGER
            •   Assist Project Manager in defining the complete scope
                   o  Provide number of technicians and length of time required.
            •   Assist Parts Manager in compiling complete parts orders for both customer and NES/WES responsibilities
            •   What’s not included (Site Specific). Generate a quote.
                   o  Utilize change order concept (with original terms) for additional work that falls outside of the original scope.
            •   Gather forms required to record measurements that Technician must collect, during maintenance period and re-
               commissioning (must be digital).
            •   Ensure Technicians have access to Technical Instructions database (Joe Neal).
            •   Coordinate re-commissioning. Communicate with customer to ensure when all other activities not in our scope are complete
               and ready for our commissioning engineer to be on site.
            •   Obtain pre-commissioning check list is complete and signed by customer.

        LEAD TECH
            •   Review / Approve Parts list developed by Parts Manager / Service Manager.
            •   Provide technical support to in all project related areas
            •   Technical Instructions (ensure Server has updated TI’s).
