OPH Billing – Branch Level

- Hours are provided by operators, techs onsite, or myPlant
- Invoices are sent directly to customer once closed
- Branch admins send quarterly hours for all units to Innio to be used to calculate quarterly
billing from factory

General Administration Functions

- Communicate with branches on a regular basis to carry out contractual and operation
duties
- Code credit cards for APMC personnel on a monthly basis

MSA Pricing and Billing Summary Creation

- Review cost calculations and determine or discuss any inconsistences or changes
- Establish cost/sell for ALL MSA parts within the contract and create billing summary
- Provide supply chain manager/parts with cost/sell on parts
