 Many people often feel that their actions under hypnosis seem to occur without
       the influence of their will, a hypnotist can make them perform actions that are
       against their wishes.

    Hypnosis can be used to enhance performance BUT it cannot make people
       stronger or more athletic than their existing physical capabilities.

    Some people can experience side effects such as anxiety, headaches, or dizziness.

Contraindications
Hypnosis is not suitable for:

    Individuals suffering from dementia
    Individuals with psychotic disorders
    Very young children
    Drug addicts
    Anybody evidently under the influence of alcohol
    ‗Educationally challenged‘ individuals
    Anybody with comprehension difficulties
    The main reason in all cases is the inability to properly interact and establish

       effective rapport
    It should be used for pain control only after a doctor has evaluated the person for

       any physical disorder that might require medical or surgical treatment
    Hypnotherapy might not be appropriate for a person who has psychotic

       symptoms, such as hallucinations and delusions, or for someone who is using
       drugs or alcohol.

Response to hypnotherapy
While many people think that they cannot be hypnotized, research has shown that a
large number of people are more hypnotizable than they believe. Research suggests that:

    Between10% to 15% of people are very responsive to hypnosis.
    Approximately 10% of adults are considered difficult or impossible to hypnotize.
