4. Electronic learning (e-learning) is learning that uses information packages
based on information and communication technology for learning purposes that
can be accessed by students anytime and anywhere.
5. Learning resources are teaching materials and various information developed

As time progresses, online learning has become increasingly important in the world
of education and training. It has given the public wider access to education and provided
educational solutions in emergency situations such as pandemics. With its flexibility, online
learning can reach more people even in very distant or remote places. The massive and
continuous development of technology also determines the future direction of online
learning, which will certainly undergo continuous adaptation following the changing trends
in the digital world. These changes can be maximized, especially in the world of education.
However, it is important to remember that the implementation of online learning
does not always go well, there are a number of advantages and disadvantages that need to
be considered. Learning in the era of COVID-19 pandemic with online learning strategies
from home faces problems of lack of facilities and infrastructure, mastery of technology,
quota/data packages, and internet networks/signals. From the student’s side, they are not
accustomed to learning patterns (schedules) yet, discipline, responsibility and integrity.
From the parents of students side, some have constraints on the ability to meet facilities and
infrastructure, support and supervision. The advantages of learning from home online are
increased teacher and student competence, both in mastering information technology and
increasing knowledge, the emergence of learning innovations, the introduction of new
methods, time / energy / cost efficiency, ease of learning, and opportunities for improving
learning materials (Zuhri and Sufianto, 2021).
This explanation is supported by Yuzulia's statement (2021) that not only the
condition of students who have not been able to follow the online learning system, but also
technical problems such as the availability of learning facilities. It is necessary to expand
the internet network in areas where the network is not yet available, especially in rural
