office of president. [Prot. 10 Par. 13] The chamber of deputies will
provide cover for, will protect, will elect presidents, but we shall take
from it the right to propose new, or make changes in existing laws, for
this right will be given by us to the responsible president, a puppet in
our hands. [Prot. 10 Par. 13] The part played by the liberals, utopian
dreamers, will be finally played out when our government is
acknowledged, till such time that will continue to do as good service.
[Prot. 13 Par. 4] Meantime, however, until we come into our kingdom,
we shall act in the contrary way: we shall create and multiply free
masonic lodges in all the countries of the world, absorb into them all
who may become or who are prominent in public activity, for these
lodges we shall find our principal intelligence office and means of
influence. All these lodges we shall bring under one central
administration, known to us alone and to all others absolutely unknown
and which will be composed of our learned elders. (…) Among the
members of these lodges will be almost all the agents of international
and national police, just their service is irreplaceable to us as they have
their own measures with the insubordinate. [Prot. 15 Par. 4] We
execute masons in such wise that none save the Brotherhood can ever
have suspicion of it, not even the victims themselves of our death
sentence. They all die when required, as if from a normal kind of illness,
knowing this, even the brother cannot protest. By such methods we have
plucked out of the midst of masonry the very root of protest against our
disposition. [Prot. 15 Par. 9] The press will be their golden tool to steer
the mob. Through the press we've gained the power to influence while
remaining ourselves in the shade. [Prot. 12 Par. 5] Not a similar
announcement will reach the public without our control. Even now this
is already being attained by us inasmuch as all news items are received
by a few agencies, in whose offices they are focused from all parts of
the world. These agencies will then be already entirely ours and will
give publicity only to what we dictate to them. [Prot. 12 Par. 4] All our
newspapers will be of all possible complexions, aristocratic,
republicans, revolutionary, even anarchical - for so long, of course, as
the constitution exists... Those fools who will think they are repeating
the opinion of a newspaper of their own camp will be repeating our
opinion or any opinion that seems desirable for us. [Prot. 12 Par. 12]
