Information about activity in D areas can be obtained the day before the planned

activity from 17.00 UTC at ACC, FIS and at briefing offices at airports.

2.1.2 Requirements for 2-way radio connection

In Flight Information Zones (FIZ) there is requirement for 2-way radio connection.

Where RMZ (Radio Mandatory Zones) have been established, 2-way radio

communication is mandatory.

2.2 NOTAM (Notice to Airmen)

Before flying, we have to check whether there are any restrictions in areas we

have to fly through. It is also checked whether the service and other conditions

at the airports we must use are sufficient. This is done on the NAVIAIR Briefing

page.

A map shows where information is available. If there is a green dot, then there is

nothing, but if there is a blue dot, there is reason to investigate what you should

be aware of.
