     Air Law
                  - Passing a proficiency check with an authorized examiner within 3 months
                      before the expiration date
                      or
                  - Completing 12 flight hours in the aircraft class, including 6 hours as PIC, 12
take-offs and landings, and at least 1 hour of flight with an instructor,
within 12 months before the rights expire.
You then submit a copy of the relevant logbook entries to the Danish Transport
Authority (Trafikstyrelsen) along with a statement from the instructor about
                the training flight.
If everything is in order, you will receive a renewal card (Revalidation of ratings).
These rights are valid for 2 years.
If you do not meet before they expire, you should contact an ATO (Approved
Training Organization), or a DTO (Declared Training Organization) which will
decide how the rights can be renewed, possibly with a Proficiency Check.
This is a serious matter, so make sure to keep everything in order.
The Proficiency Check must be completed within the last 3 months of the
validity period. The training hours must be completed within the last 12
                months.
                1.9.2.5 Familiarizations and Difference Training
With a PPL(A) certificate, you can relatively easily obtain the right to fly other
aircraft types/classes than the one on which you took the skill test.
                Familiarization
If, for example, you obtained your PPL(A) certificate on a Cessna 172 with a
fixed landing gear and a non-adjustable propeller, you can fly all aircraft of this
class, i.e., all single-engine land aircraft. You will get an SEP (Land) rating.
