     Air Law
The PPL(A) certificate grants the right to act as pilot-in-command or co-pilot in
a non-commercial flight operation without compensation.
You are allowed to carry as many passengers as the aircraft is approved for.
There is no weight limit, as long as the aircraft is within the SEP Land class.
You can be granted the right for VFR night flying. The requirement for this is at
least 5 hours of night flying training.
1.9.2.3 Validity and requirements to exercise rights
To exercise the rights, your medical and language test must be valid.
If you have not achieved a language level of 6 but have a 5 or 4, you must renew
your language test every 6 or 4 years, respectively. A language level of 6 is valid
                for life.
Once you obtain a PPL certificate, the certificate itself has no expiration.
However, the rights granted by the certificate do have an expiration.
The rights of the PPL(A) certificate are valid for 2 years from issuance, and then
for another 2 years from expiration, provided the rights are extended or
                renewed within the validity period.
To fly with passengers, you must have completed 3 take-offs and landings in an
aircraft of the same type/class within the last 90 days.
If the flight is at night, at least one of these take-offs and landings must have
                been at night.
                1.9.2.4 Extension of rights
Rights can only be extended if they have not expired, and can be done by:
