                1.8.4.1 EASA Certification
The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) is a European regulatory
framework that harmonizes certification rules across Europe.
It is based on ICAO Annex 1.
EASA FCL (Flight Crew License) was originally issued without national variations.
The EASA system is being developed, with new countries joining over time.
There are ongoing additions and changes.
Changes to the EASA text are issued in new editions. These corrections and
additions are supplements to the EASA regulations, which you must familiarize
                yourself with.
This means you must ensure you have the latest version and the latest
                supplementary documents.
