Air Law
This does not apply to items unloaded from the aircraft. Parts imported to a
member state for use in an aircraft from another member state in international
operations must be exempt from customs duties.
Article 29: Documents
All international flights must carry the following documents:
- Registration certificate
- Airworthiness certificate
- Crew certificates
- Flight log
- Radio certificates and approvals
- Passenger list and cargo list
As a member country, there is an obligation to publish national exceptions and
deviations from ICAO's standard regulations.
The Danish exceptions from ICAO standards are listed in the Danish Visual Flight
Guide (VFG).
If you plan to fly to another ICAO member country, you should familiarize
yourself with the exceptions that apply in that country. This can be done using
the AIP (Aeronautical Information Publication) for the country or by consulting
Jeppesen Air manuals.
