Please be aware that aircraft during climb or descent cannot follow these

               instructions.

If the True Track is measured at 181° and the variation is 3°E, then the MT

(Magnetic Track) becomes 178°, and then you can use the FLs (Flight Level) on

the right side of the yellow line: 35, 55, 75, etc.

Then we just clarified a lot with height specifications.

               2.6.3 Flight altitudes above obstacles

You should also know that over cities you must fly at least 1000 feet above the

highest obstacle within a radius of 600 meters from the aircraft's position.

Elsewhere, keep a distance of at least 500 feet to obstacles, or at least 150 meters

               horizontally.

               Back to our little flight

Then we are in the air and heading for report point IKAST at 1300 feet.

               2.7 ATIS weather information etc.

Before establishing contact with Karup, it is possible to obtain airport

               informations.

This is done by monitoring the ATIS (Automatic Terminal Information Service)

               frequency.

A lot of time is saved on a frequency by arriving or passing aircraft obtaining the

informations needed before the aircraft arrives in the area.

This information is referred to as "information" and then a letter indicating which

"edition" it is. For example Information ALFA (for A). When ALFA is no longer
