ATIS is designed in English. The content is listed in a specific order:

- name of airport

- arrival and/or departure indicator
- letter for the information

- time of observation

- approach procedure expected

- runway in use

- runway condition

- transition level TL

- other essential information

- the magnetic direction and speed of the surface wind, as well as any

information on variation in direction and strength
- visibility, possibly RVR if available

- weather at the moment

- cloud height and amounts; possibly Information about CB if it is cloudy,

possibly. Vertical visibility

- temperature

- dew point temperature

- altimeter setting QNH
- other information, if any Wind shear

- trend forecast if there is one

- specific ATIS instructions

Remember that if you are in doubt about the weather on your route, ask! Better
that than flying into bad weather.

Also remember that if you observe weather that could pose a danger to others,

report this to air traffic services!
