subway trains, ‘your spirit’s secret place’ is and always will

be yours. An annoying person can prattle at you, but your
rest and re-laxation can be met in that ‘secret place’. This can

increase through practice. During your prayer of the spirit,
some mosquitoes will bite you or you may hear a conflict

close by. How should you react?
I call these disturbances the ‘demons attacking’. Without

being hindered by the outside attacks, focus more on the
prayer of the spirit. Then, the spirit will find a resting secret

place without even being aware of these. This is all that I
am to do. A person, who finds rest at the se-cret place of

the spirit, will always be at peace, and full of hope. Without
making a conscious ef-fort to be happy, it will always result

in joy.

6) The third path in meeting with the Holy Spirit

If you took endless amounts of rest at the secret place of

the spirit, your spirit will still be active. Most of the desires
of the flesh can be ignored easily. A mind that desires to

boast, want-ing to chatter, or wanting a recognition from
others, can immediately be stopped. You will notice this by
