attitudes of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

“May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through

and through. May your whole spirit, soul and the body be
kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

(1Thessalonians 5:23)

It is commonly known to call the 3 distinct images that
make up a being as “Trichotomy.” Meanwhile, some use the

term “Dichotomy” to describe a being divided into just spirit
and body. However, this kind of knowledge is only useful

for the theologians or religious scholars. The true importance
resides in our walking with God, which has the required

components in our body. We have the body, the mind and the
spirit, which walks with God and experiences God’s glory.

2) Prayer of the body

We are to use all three aspects, the body, the mind and the
spirit in relation to God. Simp-ly because we are made of
