demons and healing sicknesses were all received through

prayer. That is why Jesus said “This kind can come out only
by prayer.”(Mark 9:29)

It is also possible for us. Why wouldn’t it be? If we pray in

the spirit, we can be like Peter and Paul.
Jesus prayed alone through his lifetime. Even at the garden

of Gethsemane, Jesus set his disciples aside and prayed until
his sweat turned into blood. But there was an exception. Only

at this scene, Jesus prayed together with his disciples.
We call this the mount of transfiguration. It was not called

a mount of transfiguration until the transfiguration did occur.

“About eight days after Jesus said this, he took Peter, John
and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray. As

he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his
clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning.”(Luke 9:28-

29)

I did not know the reason in Jesus’s transfiguration and his
clothes shining white, but I soon real-ized the reason after

having prayed in the spirit. Jesus was transfigured because he
prayed in the spirit.
