Shraddha

Shraddha the annual teachers training programme for teachers kick-started from

the 11th of May to the 14th of May 2023.

Over seventy teachers from SSRVM Bangalore North and ninteen other schools from

all over India attended this session online, with faith, dedication and in total

surrender.

This enriching Shraddha programme is exclusively designed by Poojya Gurudev for

teachers in the vision of the future, which focuses on a better tomorrow and a better

society. This programme introduces a methodology on how to strengthen the body,

mind and emotions of a child and create a sense of belongingness with the world,

helping the child to be in step with the ever-changing world with a smile. This

inturn helps them with all the necessary life skills, information and wisdom to be

worthy human beings to which the teachers had to enhance and evolve themselves.

This was possible through various yoga practices, Sudarshan Kriya, meditation,

Guru pooja and Satsang, to elevate their mind and receive knowledge.

The teachers participated in the sessions under the par excellence guidance and

mentorship of Smt. Mamatha Raviprakash (Principal SSRVM-BN), who effortlessly

made sure that each teacher was a teacher in the true sense and imbibed the

knowledge imparted. Different activities were conducted to introspect, unlearn and

relearn. Lesson presentations by each teacher helped to assess our strengths and

set right the drawbacks. The session was brimming with creativity through

outstanding poems by one and all.

The training programme became all the more auspicious and special as it was

Poojya Gurudev’s Birthday and learning was done in all reverence. The course

concluded with overwhelming gratitude from all teachers who were enriched with

knowledge and empowered.
