Capacity Building Program: “Critical Thinking and Fostering Creative Thinking”
Dates: 17/05/2023 and 18/05/2023
Our students need to be able to adapt to contexts, meet challenges, and solve
problems, for which, a two-day Capacity Building Programme (CBP) was organized
by Sri Sri Ravishankar Vidya Mandir, Bangalore (North) on 17.05.2023 and
18.05.2023 for the faculties on 21st Century skills - “Critical Thinking and
Fostering Creative Thinking” under the aegis of the CBSE Training Programme
that highlights differences between the same and the reinforcement of
problem-based learning.
The training programme began with prayers to the Almighty, lighting of the Lamp
by Smt. Mamatha Raviprakash, Principal, SSRVM, Bangalore (North); Smt. Gowri
Prabha Prasad, Principal, Gurukul High School, Bangalore and Smt. Chumki Nath,
Principal, Air Force School, Murugeshpalya, Bangalore.
The workshop was conducted by two dynamic resource persons:
Smt. Chumki Nath, is a dynamic personality in her own right. She believes that the
right combination of values, critical thinking, and creativity of the young minds
helps children grow into responsible citizens.
