1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, thinly Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

honey, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika.

1 teaspoon garlic powder Place the pretzel crumbs in another shallow
1/4 teaspoon Paprika bowl.
1 and 1/4 cups pretzel crumbs Dredge each cutlet in the honey-mustard
mixture, then dip into the pretzel crumbs and
place on the baking sheet.
Repeat until you have coated all the cutlets.
Spray them lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
