           Honey Mustard Pretzel-Coated            Prepare the Honey Mustard Pretzel-
           Chicken Cutlets                         Coated Chicken Cutlets
           1 and 1/2 pounds chicken cutlets, thinly   Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
           sliced                                  Prepare a baking sheet by lining it and
                                                   spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
           1/2 cup Light Mayonnaise
           2 tablespoons Honey                     In a shallow bowl, combine the mayonnaise,
                                                   honey, mustard, garlic powder, and paprika.
           2 tablespoons deli mustard
           1 teaspoon garlic powder                Place the pretzel crumbs in another shallow
           1/4 teaspoon Paprika                    bowl.
           1 and 1/4 cups pretzel crumbs           Dredge each cutlet in the honey-mustard
                                                   mixture, then dip into the pretzel crumbs and
                                                   place on the baking sheet.
                                                   Repeat until you have coated all the cutlets.
                                                   Spray them lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
                                                   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
