Tom’s Troubleshooting Take Away
In this case Tom checked the field, checked the pump and referred to the O&M
manual resolving several issues that could have involved his Maintenance Team for
a significant amount of time.
By resolving the Pump issue and completing the work himself, Tom freed up his
Maintenance Team to work on a more complex high priority project.
