contract, the following jobs are not
included which is being carried out
on need basis.
1. Cleaning of valves and greasing.
2. Cleaning of Motor and gear
boxes and its lubrication.
3. Points covered in pre monsoon
check list including roof
cleaning.
4. Greasing of emergency roof
drain flange bolts and water
filling in the sump.
5. Liquidation of inspection
annual external inspection
recommendations.
