The new annual rate contract shall

include the following for 3 years with

following job scope

a. Earth pit maintenance, resistance

checking & recording, civil repairs

and stenciling.

b. Rectifications of earthing in all

areas (roof to rolling ladder, rolling

ladder to shell and shell to earth

pit) including by pass conductors.

c. Cable dressing and maintenance

of Flame proof junction boxes and

stenciling.

d. Cleaning, stenciling of phone

Nos. & monitoring of telephones

provided in offsite area.

e. Monitoring and reporting the

availability of lights including loose

wiring and opened junction boxes

in off site area.
