Combat Kick Boxing

          Summary
If you go down, get up as fast as you can. If forced to fight from the ground
remember the sequence: kick, get up, disable him and run.
There are a number of things that you should practise for use in situations
where you are forced to fight back from the ground:
          1) Pivot so that your legs are between you and your assailant.
          2) Keep your elbows tucked in and use your hands to protect your head.
          3) Kick heavily into your assailant’s shins, calves, knees, thighs or groin.

Remember that it is better to take a few blows and struggle to your feet than to
attempt to defend yourself from the ground – harsh, but true.
