          Superset Two
          Wide Grip Chins (Figs. 229 and 230)
          Upright Rowing (Figs. 231 and 232)
          Perform 1 x 12 wide grip chins and
          then run to the next workstation and
          perform 1 x 12 upright rowing.
          Repeat this superset three times.
          Now run to the next workstation.
