          Superset Three
          Inclined Sit-Ups (Fig. 233)
          Leg Raises (Fig. 234)
          Perform 1 x 25 inclined sit-ups and then run to the end of the gym and back.
          Now perform 1 x 25 leg raises.
          Repeat this superset three times.
