The X-Factor

           Summary
           1) Practise each of these exercises individually until you reach a reasonable level
             of fitness.
           2) Now change the routine by placing the exercises back-to-back and perform
             the supersets as described.
           3) Link the supersets together into one holistic routine.
           4) Finally, add the running between workstations.

           Total time including running between workstations = 40 minutes.

           There are any number of potential routines that give good upper-body strength,
           so if you have your own, fine, but as this whole routine can be done in 40 minutes,
           it has much to recommend it for someone heavily involved in skills-based sessions
           and running schedules.
