Hold-Breaking

                                               Summary
                                               The essentials of hold-breaking are:

                                               1)   Hit your assailant the instant you
                                                    feel any attempt to grab you.
                                               2)   Double up on strikes, especially
                                                    when grabbed from behind.
                                               3)   Curve your body behind the
                                                    strikes to maximise power.
                                               4)   Always assume that your
                                                    opponent is not alone and that
                                                    any hold is potentially very
                                                    dangerous.
