❖ Laboratory materials, utensils and materials needed in the Extension and Training
activities are borrowed from the Laboratory Technician. It will be prepared at least
2 days before the conduct of the approved trainings. The borrowed items are listed
in the Borrowers Form, including the number of units and sizes. The borrowed
materials are expected to be completely returned 1 day after the training.
Borrowers’ forms are filed and marked RETURNED if items are returned clean.
