Proposal writing, quarterly meetings, seminars and workshops were also responsibly
participated by the college E&T Coordinator. Results of which were disseminated verbally
to the College Dean and formally informed the whole college during college meetings.
The dissemination of meeting results meaningfully contributes to the attainment of the
E&T objectives of the university, college and program.

College Extension and Training Coordinators attend and participated in various

Proposal Writing Seminar-Workshop to capacitate them in preparing project
proposals for outside funding, discuss and understand the main parts of the project
proposal, identify potential funding agencies and be familiar with their formats. The

scheduled seminars and workshops are spearheaded by Department of Extension
and Training directed by E&T Director Marah Joy A. Nanglegan.
