The Department of Extension and Training monitors the successes and challenges in the
implementation of E&T activities through quarterly meetings and planning. Setting and
accomplishing E&T targets are some of the agenda during meetings. Challenges and
problems are addressed properly. Everybody are given the chance to talk and share E&T
experiences. In this way positive views and best practices are replicated.

Results of seminar-workshops and meetings are disseminated to the college
verbally to the College Dean and during quarterly College meeting. The E&T College
coordinator is given the chance to talk on E&T targets, accomplishments and plans. E&T
proposals are set during meetings based from the results of stakeholders’ meetings,
needs assessment survey and financial capabilities of the college. E&T information is
sufficiently disseminated to the college allowing everybody to think on E&T issues,
consider implications and formulate views. In this way meaningful and impactful project
proposals are made.
College E&T concerns are disseminated and discussed during quarterly meetings. Suggestions
are solicited from the body for the E&T programs and activities.
