3.A.5. Approaches and Methods in Teaching


                       Teaching  Methods  refer  to  strategies  used  to  help  students  learn  the  desired
               course contents and be able to develop achievable goals in the future. It identify the

               different available learning methods to enable students to develop the right strategy to
               deal with target group identified.


                       The  BSHRM/BSHM  program  uses  instruction  techniques  and  methodologies

               (Return Demonstration, Workshop model, Case Studies, Field trips, Hands on activities,
               Experimental  activities,  Panel  discussions,  Project  based,  Brainstorming,  Problem

               Solving,  Culminating  and  other  methods)  to  develop  the  knowledge  and  skills  of  the
               students needed in the industry.
