3. A.7. Assessment of Academic Performance
Below are the assessment tools used for the academic performance of the students
Scoring Rubrics for BSHRM/BSHM Program
Some of the rubrics are composed by the faculty in-charge in the subjects they
taught which they think is applicable in the teaching methods they used.
Each student’s performance will be scored in five categories: Understanding of
question, Response to Question, Support, Organization and Language using the Five-
point scale: 5-exemplary, 4-strong, 3-competent, 2-marginal, 1-un acceptable.
The minimum successful score will be “Competent”, with no score being
“unacceptable”.
