Schedule of Examination
There are two (2) long examinations given during a particular semester or a
summer term which is the midterm and the final examination, the schedule of the
examination periods are programmed in the Academic Calendar from and such
examinations is not given outside of these periods unless otherwise authorized by the
Vice President for Academic Affairs or his duly authorized representative. The midterm

examination schedule is usually on the 9 week from the start of the 1 semester while
the final examination is on the 18 week. The schedule is announced two (2) weeks
th
before the examination date during flag ceremony. The time and day of the exam is based
on the time and schedule of each subjects.
Laboratory examinations may be given a week before the scheduled final
examination: Provided, that the conduct of said examination shall not interfere with the
holding of the other regular classes.
All examinations shall be adequately proctored.
All result of quizzes, examination and the like taken by a student shall be made
accessible to him and he shall be free to verify results of the same and ascertain how his
score have been duly transmuted by his professor.
