              When a leave of absence must be taken for jury duty, Jack & Jill Children’s Center will recognize
              this leave with pay for the first 5 days of jury duty. Team members can use their vacation time
              for any additional days and their position will be kept open for the duration of jury duty.

              Proof of jury duty must be submitted to the Finance Manager by the end of the pay period in
              which the team member serves.

              Team members must notify their immediate supervisor as soon as possible after they receive
              notice they are called for Jury Duty.  A copy of the official request to serve should be provided
              to their supervisor upon notification.
