When the death of a member of a team member's family, as listed below, necessitates her or his
absence from work, up to three days with pay may be granted by the Director:

Husband Mother Grandmother
Wife Father Grandfather
Son Brother Grandson
Daughter Sister Granddaughter
Anyone who permanently resides in the team member's household

Team members can also request time off for any other death in the family. Team members must
request Bereavement Leave as soon as possible in advance of the leave.
